Effective October 2012, I relocated from 200 E. Evergreen Avenue to 300 S. Edward Street, Mt. Prospect (approximately six blocks east).  My practice specializes in Zero Balancing®, craniosacral therapy (combined with Zero Balancing®), infant massage instruction, and presentations on the benefits of infant massage.  Massage therapy is by referral only. 

My philosophy of care is to treat each person as I would want to be treated, with respect, confidentiality, and in the highest personal regard.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.  Utilizing a soft touch, generally no greater than 5 grams or about the weight of a nickel, there is release of restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. 

Craniosacral therapy and Zero Balancing are received fully clothed lying face up on a massage table. 

Therapeutic massage addresses specific areas of pain/discomfort and may utilize trigger point (neuromuscular/deep tissue) therapy, myofascial release, stretching, and circulatory strokes.  I am certified in pregnancy & postpartum massage therapy.
